Reply to TikTok Shop comments before the sale walks
Shop comments are not engagement bait. They are “does this come in XL?”, “when do you ship to the UK?”, “is the navy back?”. Leave them sitting and the basket dies. ReplyStream is built for that queue.
The comments that actually convert
Size, stock, fabric, delivery cutoff, link in bio. Those lines are buying intent. A warm, specific reply that names the size you still have will close more than a heart emoji. A copied “check the Shop tab” under every question will not.
Business plan includes Shop context — size, stock, product details — so the draft is not guessing. You still check the shelf before you post. We will not invent a restock date.
Templates are a start. Context is the job.
You can copy a size or shipping template from the free Shop FAQ page and paste it yourself. That is the right move when the answer is stable. When the video is a specific listing, with a wedding date in the comment, the reply has to mention that video, that size, that date.
ReplyStream drafts three options for the comment in front of you. The free Shop Q&A ideas tool is for wording when you are not in the inbox yet. Neither one auto-replies to Shop.
Who this is for
TikTok Shop sellers who cannot miss a buying question, and the people running those accounts. Casual is enough to test. Business is the desk if Shop is the channel. Agency is ten client shops in one login.
Can I auto-reply to TikTok Shop comments?
You should not. Shop questions need a stock check. ReplyStream drafts the wording; you confirm and post. We do not auto-reply to Shop.
Does ReplyStream know my product sizes?
On Business, drafts can use Shop context you connect. You still verify what is in stock before you send the reply.
What about restock comments?
Say when you actually expect stock, or say you will pin an update. Do not let a model invent a date. There is a restock template in the free FAQ pack.
