ReplyStream (replystream.app) is operated by Richard Dack. Questions: hello@replystream.app.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email, password (handled by our auth provider).
• Billing details if you subscribe (processed by Stripe; we store customer and subscription IDs).
• TikTok profile tokens if you connect an account, so we can load comments you choose to work on.
• Comment and draft text you submit so we can generate reply options and improve the product.
• IP address and basic device data for security, abuse prevention, and generator rate limits.

Free tools

Checkers (caption length, bio count, hashtags, reply safety, Shop FAQ templates, best time to post) run in your browser. We do not send that text to our servers.

Generators send the text you type to Google Gemini so we can return draft options. We also store a hashed IP (and your user id if you are signed in) plus a daily count so we can enforce the free cap. Generator use is separate from paid ReplyStream reply units.

What we do not do

• We do not post to TikTok for you.
• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your comments to train a public model of our own.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies required to keep you signed in. Affiliate tracking (Tolt) may set a cookie if you arrive via a referral link.

Retention and your rights

You can ask us to export or delete your account data by emailing hello@replystream.app. We keep billing records as long as we are required to for tax and fraud prevention.
